The information provided is true, accurate and represents the
most current information available as of the date of this proposal.
Project Approach: V&A is an engineering consulting firm that specializes in evaluating, rehabilitating, and
preserving municipal infrastructure, including installing flow meters and conducting I/l analysis. All flow
meters are installed by engineers who understand the intricacies of sanitary sewer practices and design and
can use professional judgment to address sanitary sewer flow conditions. The persons performing the
confined space entries, handling and installing the flow meters, care about quality and integrity of the data,
care about whether or not the velocity is optimal for meter data acquisition, and care how much of an offset is
required so as to prevent sedimentation build -up and potential loss of data. V &A's intention and approach is
to (a) provide the most accurate and most reliable data possible for open channel flow monitoring, and (b)
add value to the deliverables to the City, which will allow City engineers to make necessary decisions
quickly and with minimal extra and unnecessary work.
Project Personnel: The key project team members are listed as follows:
Key Project Team Members: V &A Consulting Engineers
Jose Villalobos, P.E., Principal -in- Charge
Kevin Krajewski, P.E., Project Manager /Senior Project Engineer
Derek Wurst, P.E., Project Engineer
Oliver Pohl, Associate Engineer
Principal Contact Person: Kevin Krajewski, P.E., Condition Assessment Division Manager
155 Grand Avenue, Suite 700, Oakland, CA 94612
(510) 903 -6600 (main) and (510) 903 -6601 (fax)
kkraiewski(cr.vaengineerinq.com
OAKLAND 1 SAN DIEGO 1 HOUSTON 1 SEATTLE
