1 <br /> • REG :yc :12/18/59 -7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 2946 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN <br /> PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE ?O. 631, BEING THE SUB- <br /> DIVISION ORDINNTANCE OF TEE CITY OF RED100D CITY <br /> WFEREAS, pursuant to Section 7 of Ordinance No. 631, being the <br /> Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Redwood City, the Planning <br /> Commission has received and approved the application of 0. ti tij. Lumry, <br /> 414 Main Street, Redwood City, California, for an exception to the <br /> provisions of Section 5.31 of said Ordinance No. 631 to allow the <br /> subdivision of the hereinafter described property into two lots, <br /> one of which would have a width of 38 feet instead of the required <br /> 50 feet and a depth of 88 feet instead of the required 90 feet and <br /> would have an area of 2,812 square feet instead of the required <br /> 6,000 square feet, and one of which would have a depth of 72 feet <br /> instead of the required 90 feet and would have an area of 3,604 <br /> square feet instead of the required 6,000 square feet; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property for which application to subdivide is <br /> made is all that certain real property situated in the City of <br /> Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described <br /> as follows: <br /> Portion of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 7 of Range "B ", as said <br /> Lot and Block are shown on the map entitled "TOWN OF <br /> FEZESVILLE," which map was filed in the office of the <br /> Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, <br /> on August 1, 1856, in Book 1 of Maps at Page 79, said <br /> portion being more particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the Northeasterly line of said <br /> Lot 2, in Block 7, distant thereon Southeasterly 30 feet <br /> from the intersection thereof with the Southeasterly line <br /> of Fuller Street (formerly Seventh Street) as said Lot <br /> and Block are shown on the map above referred to; thence <br /> from said point of beginning Southeasterly along the <br /> Northeasterly line of said Lot 2, a distance of 38 feet; <br /> thence Southwesterly parallel with the Southeasterly line <br /> of Fuller Street to the Northeasterly line of Arguello <br /> Street as shown on said map; thence Northwesterly along <br /> said Northeasterly line of Arguello Street to the South- <br /> easterly line of the lands conveyed in the Deed from Manfred <br /> J. H. Walzberg to Joseph Granucci and wife, dated January 3, <br /> 1952, and recorded January 7, 1952, in Book 2182 of Official <br /> Records of San Mateo County at Page 276 (80909 -J); thence <br /> Northeasterly along the Southeasterly boundary line of said <br /> last mentioned lands to the point of beginning; <br />
