• <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to <br /> this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist <br /> which affect said property; that the exception applied for is nec- <br /> essary for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial property <br /> rights of petitioners; and that the granting of said exception will <br /> not be detrimental to the public welfare or adversely affect other <br /> property in the neighborhood; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Pursuant to the terms of Section 7.31 of Ordinance No. 631, <br /> the Planning Commission is hereby authorized to approve a tentative <br /> map of the above described property into two lots, one of which <br /> would have a width of 38 feet instead of the required 50 feet and <br /> a depth of 88 feet instead of the required 90 feet and would have <br /> an area of 2,812 square feet instead of the required 6,000 square <br /> feet, and one of which would have a depth of 72 feet instead of <br /> the required 90 feet and would have an area of 3,604 square feet <br /> instead of the required 6,000 square feet. <br /> -2- <br />
