(b) The else and type of auditorium torium which will meet the <br /> needs of City and the size and type of necessary <br /> related facilities, including parking and concessions. <br /> (c) The extent to which revenues from the auditorium <br /> facilities will amortise capital costs after payment <br /> of maintenance and operating coasts of the facilities. <br /> 2. Submission of Survey. Consultant shall submit fifteen <br /> (15) copies of the survey report to City, through the office of the <br /> City Manager, on or before January 15,, 1%0. <br /> 3. Payment. Compensation of Consultant shall be One Hundred <br /> Dollars ($100.00) per day for each man, not to exceed two men, <br /> engaged in making the survey and shall include miscellaneous ex <br /> perse* as approved by the City Managers Notwithstanding any pro" <br /> vision of this agreement to the contrary, the maximum total amount <br /> to be paid by City to Consultant shall not exceed Five Hundred <br /> .Dollars (t500.00). <br /> 4. IimjellittlimULAt City shall pay all sums to <br /> Consultant within thirty (30) days after receipt by the City Manager <br /> of the survey report and approval by the City Manager of a statement, <br /> signed by Con aultant, setting forth all expenses of Consultant in =: <br /> detail. <br /> 5. Status.
