1 <br /> 2. Said removal of said facilities by Pacific will not <br /> constitute and is not to be deemed as a waiver of any rights which <br /> Pacific might ht have in respect to compensation or reimbursement for <br /> expenses incurred by Pacific in connection with sc eh removal. <br /> 3. This agreement on behalf of City does not constitute, <br /> and is not to be deemed as, any admission of liability on the part <br /> of City to reimburse Pacific as aforesaid. <br /> . it is expressly understood by Pacific and City that <br /> this agreement is being entered into by each of the parties for <br /> the sole purpose of expediting, in the public interest, commence - <br /> ment of said public work by City, and Pacific shall have and retain <br /> the same rights or claims, if any, against City which it would have <br /> had if it had refused to relocate said facilities until compelled <br /> to do so by court order or jut, = eat and until paid full compensation <br /> awarded it said judgment, <br /> 5.
