y . • 4 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 2882 <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT <br /> CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BAYSHORE INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 1 <br /> RESOLVED by the Council of Redwood City that the public conven- <br /> ience and necessity require, and that it intends to order, in accord- <br /> ance with the procedure set out in Article II -A of Ordinance No. 333 <br /> of said City, adopted March 14, 1932, as amended (being the Redwood <br /> City Improvement Procedure Ordinance), the following acquisitions to <br /> be had, work to be done, and improvements to be made in and for said <br /> City, to wit: <br /> M1 <br /> shore Highway, Northwesterly <br /> and along said Old Bayshore <br /> Highway to a point about 460 <br /> feet from Whipple Avenue; and <br /> from a point on the above de- <br /> scribed line at the southernmost <br /> property corner of Peninsula <br /> Celebration Association, Norther- <br /> ly and parallel with the P.C.A. <br /> property line until that line hits <br /> the existing dyke on the South- <br /> easterly bank of Redwood Creek <br /> and then Northwesterly and <br /> Northerly along the said dyke and <br /> across the Bayshore Freeway to <br /> a point next to the existing cul- <br /> de -sac at the end of the Freeway <br /> service road next to the lands of <br /> T. O.
