All of said acquisitions, work and improvements are to <br /> be constructed at the places, in the manner, of the sizes, of the <br /> materials, and to the lines, grades and elevations as shown on the <br /> plans, profiles and specifications made therefor, and on file in <br /> the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, and the same <br /> are made a part hereof by reference thereto. <br /> 2. Whenever any public way is referred to as running between <br /> two public ways, or from or to any public way, the intersections <br /> of the public ways referred to are included to the extent that <br /> work shall be done therein pursuant to the plans and specifica- <br /> tions herein referred to. <br /> 3. Said Council does hereby adopt and establish as the of- <br /> ficial grades for said work the grades as shown on the plans, <br /> profiles and specifications made therefor and made a part hereof. <br /> 4. The total estimated cost of said improvements is the <br /> sum of $379,670.3 <br /> 5. Said contemplated acquisitions, work and improvements, <br /> in the opinion of said City Council, are of more than local or <br /> ordinary public benefit and said Council does hereby make the <br /> cost and expenses of doing such acquisitions, work and improve- <br /> ments chargeable upon a district, which district said Council <br /> declares to be the district benefited by said work and improve <br /> ments and to be assessed to pay the entire cost and expense <br /> thereof.
