writing, presenting the following: <br /> (a) Maps and descriptions showing the general route and <br /> termini of rights and easements to be acquired. <br /> (b) Plans and specifications of the proposed improvements <br /> to be made pursuant to this resolution of intention. <br /> (c) Engineer's statement of the itemized and total estimated <br /> costs and expenses of said acquisitions and improvements, <br /> and of the incidental expenses in connection therewith. <br /> (d) Diagram showing the assessment district hereinabove re- <br /> ferred to, and also the boundaries and dimensions of the <br /> respective subdivisions of land within said assessment <br /> district as the same were assessed at the time of the <br /> passage of this resolution of intention. Each such sub- <br /> division shall be given a separate number upon said <br /> diagram. <br /> (e) A proposed assessment of the total amount of the cost <br /> and expense of the proposed improvements and acquisitions <br /> upon the several subdivisions of land in said assessment <br /> district in proportion to the estimated benefits to be <br /> received by such subdivisions respectively from said ac- <br /> quisitions and improvements and of the expenses incidental <br /> thereto. <br /> 12. If any excess funds shall remain from the assessment or <br /> any surplus shall remain in the improvement fund contemplated herein <br /> after the improvement is completed, such surplus shall be refunded <br /> or credited pro -rata in the manner provided in Subsections (a) and <br /> (b) of Section 10427 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State <br /> of California. <br /> 13. The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby directed to give <br /> notice of the passage of this resolution of intention in the time, <br /> form and manner required by law. <br /> -5- <br />
