110 411 California relating to eminent domain, said real property being all that real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly des- cribed as follows: Lot 21 in Block 7, as designated on the map entitled "HIGHLANDS OF EMERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION ONE," which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on January 12, 1926 in Book 13 of Maps at Pages 24 to 27, inclusive. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Attorney of the City of Redwood City be, a.d he is hereby directed, authorized and empowered: To institute, maintain and prosecute, in the name of the City of Redwood City, an action in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San Nateo, for the condemnation of the rights in and upon the real property herein - above described, for said public improvement, and to take all steps necessary for said condemnation in the name of the City of Redwood City. To make application to said Court for an order fixing the amount of such security in the way of money deposits as said Court may direct to be made for the taking of immediate possession of said hereinabove described rights in said real property by the City of Redwood City, and for an order permitting said City of Redwood City to take immediate possession of said rights and apply them to said real property. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager of the City of Redwood City be, and he is hereby directed, authorized and empowered: To make deposit of such security out of proper funds of the City of Redwood City, in the amount so fixed and determined and in such manner as the said Court in which the eminent domain pro- ceedings herein authorized are commenced, may direct. -2-
