SWC:mf 5/17/82 <br /> <br />shall be amended only with the approval of at least three (3) <br />members of the Agency at a Regular or special meeting, but no such <br />amendment shall be adopted unless at least three (3) days written <br />notice thereof has previously been given to all of the members of <br />the Agency. Such notice shall identify the section or sections of <br />the By-Laws proposed to be amended. <br /> <br /> <br />
