. <br /> but within the County of San Mateo, California, in the manner and <br /> time and as required by law, and to cause written notice of the <br /> proposed annexation to be mailed to all persons or bodies to whom <br /> such notice is required to be mailed by law, in the manner and <br /> within the time required by law. <br /> 5. Pursuant to Section 35313.1 of the Government Code of the <br /> State of California, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and direc- <br /> ted to request the State Lands Commission to fix the value of any <br /> tide or submerged lands owned by the State of California within <br /> the territory hereinafter described, and to request said Commission <br /> to notify the Council in writing of its determination. <br /> 6. The territory proposed to be annexed to the City of <br /> Redwood City and hereinafter described is hereby designated <br /> "Leslie Annexation No. 2 -B." <br /> 7.
