i 4 <br /> LESLIE ANNEXATION NO. 2-B <br /> BEGINNING at an angle point of the corporate city limit line establish- <br /> ed as 10 feet inland from mean higher high water mark (referred to U.S.C. <br /> and G.S. datum San Francisco Bay, southern part) in Ordinance No. 394, <br /> " an Ordinance Approving the Annexation of the Redwood City Harbor District <br /> to the City of Redwood City" adopted June 21, 1937, with the northern <br /> corporate city limit line of the City of Redwood City as estabished by an <br /> Act of the State Legislature of the State of California entitled "An Act <br /> to Amend an Act entitled 'An Act to encorporate the Town of Redwood City <br /> approved March 27, 1868' approved March 30, 1872," said Northern corporate <br /> city limit line being the quarter section line of Section 17, Township 5 <br /> South, Range 3 West Mount Diablo Base and Meridian; THENCE from said <br /> POINT OF BEGINNING West along said Northern Corporate City Limit Line and <br /> the quarter section line of said Section 17 and Section 18 to its inter- <br /> section with the Southwesterly line of Bayshore Highway, said intersection <br /> also b eing an angle point in the Corporate Limit line of the City of San <br /> Carlos as established by Ordinance No 213 of the City of San Carlos <br /> adopted October 19, 1948; THENCE along said Southwesterly line of Bayshore <br /> Highway and the Corporate Limit line of the City of San Carlos Northwesterly <br /> to an angle point in the corporate limit line of the City of San Carlos <br /> as established by Resolution No 6353 of the City of San Carlos dated <br /> April 1, 1952; THENCE North 4..8° 001 East along the corporate limit line <br /> of the City of San Carlos a dist.ry:.e of ?7700 feet to an angle point in <br /> the corporate limit line of the City of San Carlos, said point being in <br /> the center of a tributary to Steinberger Slough; THENCE leaving said <br /> corporate limit line of the City of San Carlos and following the center <br /> line of said tributary, North 5° 54: East 295.83 feet and North 16 39' <br /> East 418.00 feet to the centerline of Steinberger Creek; THENCE along the <br /> centerline of Steinberger Creek the following courses and distances: <br /> North 28 28' West 1739.97 feet; North 2169.88 feet, North 12 CO' East <br /> 1105„13 feet to the southeasterly boundary of that certain parcel "B" of <br /> property conveyed from Harbor Development Corporation to Les:'.f_e Salt Co., <br /> by deed dated 24 May, 1949 a :-d :'ecorded 29 May, 191,.9 in Book 1669 of <br /> Official Records of San Mateo County at page 109: thence along last said <br /> boundary leaving the creek and running North 42° 00' West 2936.37 feet to <br />
