Article I of the Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordinance (Ordinance No. 333, adopted March 14, 1932, as amended) to represent each assessment of Twenty -Five Dollars (25.00) or more, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of January next succeeding the 15th day of the next November following their date. All work provided for herein shall be done as provided in Article I of said Ordinance No. 333, as amended. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that Friday, the 24th day of September, 1948, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. of said day, at the Council Chamber of said Council �f said City, in the City Hall on Middlefield Road in said City, has been and is hereby fixed as the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improve- ments described herein, or to the grade to which said work and improvements are to be done and made, or to the district proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements, may appear before said Council of said City and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done in accordance with this resolution of intention, or why said work and improve- ments should not be carried out and done at the grades as shown on the plans, profiles, and detailed drawings referred to herein, and for hearing any protests in relation to said proposed improve- ment. The Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, published, printed and circulated in said City of Redwood City, is hereby designated by the Council of said City as the newspaper in which to publish this Resolution of Intention as required by law, and the Clerk of said City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published in said newspaper twice, as required by law. -3-
