Article I of the Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordinance <br /> (Ordinance No. 333, adopted March 14, 1932, as amended) to <br /> represent each assessment of Twenty -Five Dollars (25.00) or <br /> more, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) <br /> years from the 2nd day of January next succeeding the 15th day <br /> of the next November following their date. <br /> All work provided for herein shall be done as provided <br /> in Article I of said Ordinance No. 333, as amended. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that Friday, the 24th day <br /> of September, 1948, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. of said day, at <br /> the Council Chamber of said Council �f said City, in the City <br /> Hall on Middlefield Road in said City, has been and is hereby <br /> fixed as the day, hour and place when and where any and all <br /> persons having any objections to the proposed work and improve- <br /> ments described herein, or to the grade to which said work and <br /> improvements are to be done and made, or to the district proposed <br /> to be assessed for said work and improvements, may appear before <br /> said Council of said City and show cause why said proposed work <br /> and improvements should not be carried out and done in accordance <br /> with this resolution of intention, or why said work and improve- <br /> ments should not be carried out and done at the grades as shown <br /> on the plans, profiles, and detailed drawings referred to herein, <br /> and for hearing any protests in relation to said proposed improve- <br /> ment. <br /> The Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, <br /> published, printed and circulated in said City of Redwood City, <br /> is hereby designated by the Council of said City as the newspaper <br /> in which to publish this Resolution of Intention as required by <br /> law, and the Clerk of said City of Redwood City is hereby ordered <br /> and directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published <br /> in said newspaper twice, as required by law. <br /> -3- <br />
