- • • <br /> (a) The improvement of Alameda de <br /> las Pulgas by constructing and <br /> installing thereon four inch (4 ") <br /> concrete sidewalks, five feet (5') <br /> in width, on the easterly side <br /> thereof from the intersection of <br /> Alameda de las Pulgas with <br /> Whipple Avenue to the southerly <br /> line of Lot eleven (11), Block <br /> seven (7) Oak Knoll Manor, and <br /> on the westerly side thereof, from <br /> the intersection of Alameda de <br /> las Pulgas with Whipple Avenue <br /> to the intersection of Alameda de <br /> las Pulgas with Hopkins Avenue; <br /> by constructing and installing <br /> therein on both sides thereof <br /> from the intersection of Alameda <br /> de las Pulgas with Whipple Ave- <br /> nue to the intersection of Ala- <br /> meda de las Pulgas with Hopkins <br /> Avenue of concrete driveway ap- <br /> proaches to serve existing houses <br /> and residences; provided, how- <br /> ever, that no sidewalks or drive- <br /> • ways shall be constructed or <br /> installed when existing sidewalks <br /> and driveways meet the estab- <br /> lished line and grade. <br /> (b) The improvement of the north- <br /> erly side of Hopkins Avenue by <br /> constructing and installing there- <br /> on four inch (4 ") concrete side- <br /> walks, five feet (5') in width, <br /> including concrete driveway ap- <br /> proaches to serve existing houses <br /> and residences from the inter- <br /> section of Hopkins Avenue with <br /> Alameda de las Pulgas to the <br /> intersection of Hopkins Avenue <br /> with Circle Road; provided, how- <br /> ever, that no sidewalks or drive- <br /> way approaches shall be installed <br /> where existing sidewalks and <br /> driveways meet the established <br /> line and grade. <br /> (c) The construction and installation <br /> • of all necessary appurtenances to <br /> complete the work described <br /> under (a) and (b) hereof. <br /> r <br /> : / ter <br /> ,r <br /> .S' <br />
