For further particulars as to the work and improvements herein <br /> ordered to be done and for a description of the area proposed to <br /> be assessed for said work and. improvements, reference is hereby • <br /> made to Resolution of intention No 842 of said Council, passed <br /> and adopted on <br /> RTURTHER RESOLVED, that the work ana improvements hereinabove <br /> described shall be done under the direction of the City Engineer <br /> of said City of Redwood City, and that materials used therein shall <br /> comply with the specifications heretofore adopted; and that the <br /> asseseTents to be made in .id proceedings shall be made ane, signed <br /> by said City Engineer. <br /> The Clerk of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and • <br /> directed to post a notice conspicuously for five (5) days on or <br /> near the Council Chamber door c the Council of said City of Redwood <br /> City, inviting sealed proposals cr bids for doing the work and making <br /> the improvements ordered herein. Said City Clerk is also ordered <br /> and directed to publish a notice inviting said sealei proposals or <br /> bids for the period requlred by law in the Redwood City Tribune, <br /> a daily (except Sunday) newspaper of general circulation, published, <br /> printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City, and hereby <br /> designated for that purpose by the Council of said City. Said notiee <br /> shall refer to the plans, orofiles, detailed drawings and specifica- <br /> tions on file in the office O the City Clerk for a detailed descri2- <br /> ton or t;he work to be done. <br /> :ZT 16 FURTHER ORDERED that said sealed proposals cr bids be <br /> publicly opened, examined and declared by the Council of said City <br /> of Redwood City, at or about the hour o1 8:00 olcloek P.M. on <br /> , and all bids must be filed with <br /> Monday, April 17, 1950, <br /> the Olerk'of the Council the City of Redwood.
