r • <br /> 3917 (i) Premises Operations (including use of owned and non -owned <br /> 3918 equipment); <br /> 3919 (ii) Personal Injury Liability with employment exclusion deleted; <br /> 3920 (iii) Broad Form Blanket Contractual with no exclusions for bodily injury, <br /> 3921 personal injury or property damage (including coverage for the <br /> 3922 indemnity obligations contained herein); <br /> 3923 (iv) Owned, Non - Owned, and Hired Motor Vehicles; <br /> 3924 (v) Broad Form Property Damage. <br /> 3925 The comprehensive general liability insurance shall be written on an "occurrence" <br /> 3926 basis (rather than a "claims made" basis) in a form at least as broad as the most <br /> 3927 current version of the Insurance Service Office commercial general liability <br /> 3928 occurrence policy form (CG0001). If occurrence coverage is not obtainable, <br /> 3929 Contractor must arrange for "tail coverage" on a claims made policy to protect <br /> 3930 Agency from claims filed within four (4) years after the expiration or earlier <br /> 3931 termination of this Agreement relating to incidents that occurred prior to such <br /> 3932 expiration or termination. <br /> 3933 3. Automobile Liability. Contractor shall maintain automobile liability insurance <br /> 3934 covering all vehicles used in performing service under this Agreement with a <br /> 3935 combined single limit of not less than ten million dollars ($10,000,000) per <br /> 3936 occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. <br /> 3937 4. Pollution (Environmental Impairment) Liability. Contractor shall maintain pollution <br /> 3938 liability insurance coverage of not Tess than ten million dollars ($10,000,000) per <br /> 3939 occurrence covering claims for on -site, under -site, or off -site bodily injury and <br /> 3940 property damage as a result of pollution conditions arising out of its operations <br /> 3941 under this Agreement. <br /> 3942 B. Acceptability of Insureds. The insurance policies required by this section shall be <br /> 3943 issued by an insurance company or companies admitted to do business in the State <br /> 3944 of California, subject to the jurisdiction of the California Insurance Commissioner, <br /> 3945 and with a rating in the most recent edition of Best's Insurance Reports of size <br /> 3946 category XV or larger and a rating classification of A+ or better. <br /> 3947 C. Required Endorsements. Without limiting the generality of Sections 13.02.A and <br /> 3948 B, the policies shall contain endorsements in substantially the following form: <br /> 3949 1. Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability Policy. <br /> 3950 (a) "Thirty (30) Days prior written notice shall be given to the City <br /> 3951 of Redwood City in the event of cancellation or non - renewal <br /> 3952 of this policy."
