Comprehensive General Liability Policy; Automobile Liability Policy; Pollution <br /> 3962 Liability Policy; and Hazardous Materials Policy. <br /> 3963 (a) "Thirty (30) Days prior written notice shall be given to the City of Redwood <br /> 3964 City in the event of cancellation, reduction of coverage, or non - renewal of <br /> 3965 this policy." Such notice shall be sent to: <br /> 3966 City of Redwood City <br /> 3967 Public Works Services Department <br /> 3968 1400 Broadway <br /> 3969 Redwood City, California, 94063 <br /> 3970 Attention: Public Works Services Director <br /> 3971 (b) "The City of Redwood City, its officers, employees, and agents are additional <br /> 3972 insureds on this policy." <br /> 3973 (c) "This policy shall be considered primary insurance as respects any other <br /> 3974 valid and collectible insurance maintained by the City of Redwood City, <br /> 3975 including any self- insured retention or program of self- insurance, and any <br /> 3976 other such insurance shall be considered excess insurance only." <br /> 3977 (d) "Inclusion of the City of Redwood City as an insured shall not affect the <br /> 3978 City's rights as respects any claim, demand, suit or judgment brought or <br /> 3979 recovered against the Contractor. This policy shall protect Contractor and <br /> 3980 the City of Redwood City in the same manner as though a separate policy <br /> 3981 had been issued to each, but this shall not operate to increase the <br /> 3982 company's liability as set forth in the policy beyond the amount shown or to <br /> 3983 which the company would have been liable if only one party had been <br /> 3984 named as an insured." <br /> 3985 D. Deductibles and Self Insured Retentions. The liability policies described in <br /> 3986 Sections 13.02.A(2) and (3) may contain a deductible or self- insured retention not to <br /> 3987 exceed $500,000 per occurrence. This amount may not be increased without <br /> 3988 Agency's prior written consent. <br /> 3989 Contractor remains responsible for the payment of all losses and investigation, <br /> 3990 claim administration and defense expenses, including those of the Agency. <br /> 3991 E. Delivery of Proof of Coverage. No later than ninety (90) Days before the <br /> 3992 commencement of operations which includes the Recycling Blitz, Contractor shall <br /> 3993 furnish Agency one or more certificates of insurance on a standard ACORD form <br /> 3994 substantiating that each of the coverages required hereunder is in force, in form and <br /> 3995 substance satisfactory to Agency. Such certificates shall show the type and amount <br /> 3996 of coverage, effective dates and dates of expiration of policies and shall be <br /> 3997 accompanied by all required endorsements.
