• • <br /> 35 Average Speed of Answer <br /> 36 "Average Speed of Answer" means the sum of time Customers wait for their calls to be <br /> 37 answered after the call is queued (upon completion of the introductory voicemail message(s) or <br /> 38 Customer bypassing the message(s)) divided by the total number of calls received over the <br /> 39 same time interval. <br /> 40 Backyard Collection Service <br /> 41 "Backyard Collection Service" means the provision of Collection Service to a SFD in the rear or <br /> 42 side premises. <br /> 43 Billings <br /> 44 "Billings" means statements of charges for services rendered by Contractor, to Owners or <br /> 45 Occupants of property, including Residential and Commercial Premises, for the Collection of <br /> 46 Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and other materials Collected <br /> 47 pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> 48 Bin <br /> 49 "Bin" means a metal Container with capacity of approximately one (1) to fifteen (15) cubic yards, <br /> 50 with a hinged lid, with or without wheels, typically serviced by a front - loading Collection vehicle. <br /> 51 Bulky Items <br /> 52 "Bulky Items" means large items including, but not limited to, Major Appliances, furniture, tires <br /> 53 (with rims removed), carpets, mattresses, and other oversize materials whose large size <br /> 54 precludes or complicates their handling by normal Collection. Bulky Items do not include <br /> 55 abandoned automobiles, large auto parts, or trees. <br /> 56 Business Days <br /> 57 "Business Days" means days (i.e., Monday through Friday) during which Contractor's office is <br /> 58 open to do business with the public. <br /> 59 Cart <br /> 60 "Cart" means a plastic Container with a hinged lid and two wheels that is serviced by an <br /> 61 automated or semi - automated Collection vehicle. A Cart has capacity of 20, 30, 60, or 90 <br /> 62 gallons (or similar volumes). <br /> 63 Cell Phones <br /> 64 "Cell Phones" means all telephones used for mobile or cellular communications including <br /> 65 batteries used to power cell phones. <br /> 66 Change in Law <br /> 67 "Change in Law" means any of the following events or conditions which has a material and <br /> 68 adverse effect on the performance by the Parties of their respective obligations under this <br /> 69 Agreement: <br /> 70 a.
