• • <br /> 342 Missed Pick -Up Collection Event <br /> 343 "Missed Pick -Up Collection Event" means events whereby Contractor failed to collect Solid <br /> 344 Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials on or before the Business Day <br /> 345 following Contractor's receipt of the Missed Pick -Up Initial Complaint. The only exceptions to <br /> 346 this definition include: Missed Pick -Up Initial Complaints for which Contractor: (i) documented in <br /> 347 its Customer service system the Customer's failure to properly set out Container or that the <br /> 348 Containers were blocked for Collection based on the route driver's report; and, (ii) coded the call <br /> 349 for a recollection request or courtesy pick -up prior to receiving a Missed Pick -Up Initial <br /> 350 Complaint. <br /> 351 Missed Pick -Up Initial Complaint <br /> 352 "Missed Pick -Up Initial Complaint" means complaints received by Contractor, Agency or <br /> 353 SBWMA for missed pick -up of Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials and Organic <br /> 354 Materials with the exception of Missed Pick -Up Complaints for which Contractor: (i) documented <br /> 355 in its customer service system the Customer's failure to properly set out Container or that the <br /> 356 Containers were blocked for Collection based on the route driver's report; and, (ii) coded the call <br /> 357 for a recollection request or courtesy pick -up prior to receiving a Missed Pick -Up Complaint on <br /> 358 that same Day. <br /> 359 Multi - Family Dwelling <br /> 360 "Multi- Family," "Multi- Family Dwelling" or "MFD" means an individual Residential Premises in a <br /> 361 building that contains five (5) or more individual Residential Premises, notwithstanding the <br /> 362 classification of any such account by Agency for direct billing purposes.. <br /> 363 Multi- Family Residential Complex <br /> 364 "Multi- Family Residential Complex" means the building(s) containing five (5) or more individual <br /> 365 Residential Premises. Such Premises normally have centralized Solid Waste and Targeted <br /> 366 Recyclable Materials Collection service for all units in the building and are billed to one address <br /> 367 (typically the Owner or property manager), notwithstanding the classification of any such <br /> 368 account by Agency for direct billing purposes. <br /> 369 Net Revenue Billed <br /> 370 "Net Revenue Billed" means the sum of actual Gross Revenue Billed (as per Section 11.03.D) <br /> 371 minus payments to SBWMA for disposal, payments to Agencies for Franchise and other fees <br /> 372 as described in Article 10, and revenues attributable to unscheduled or intermittent service. <br /> 373 Occupant <br /> 374 "Occupant" means a Person who occupies a Premise. <br /> 375 On -Call Service <br /> 376 "On -Call Service" means Collection service provided by Contractor that is not regularly <br /> 377 scheduled or is scheduled more than twenty -four (24) hours in advance.
