1 1 <br /> 721 design specifications, colors, and identification marks) to Agency for Agency's <br /> 722 written approval prior to submitting the order to the manufacturer. During the Term, <br /> 723 Contractor shall provide, within five (5) Business Days of request by Occupant, <br /> 724 Kitchen Pails to new SFD Customers and to SFD Customers whose Kitchen Pail is <br /> 725 lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed (such replacement shall be limited to one (1) <br /> 726 per year per Customer at no additional cost). Residents will be discouraged from <br /> 727 placing Kitchen Pail Curbside for Collection and will be instructed to deposit the <br /> 728 contents of the Kitchen Pail into the Organic Materials Cart. <br /> 729 B. Multi - Family Premises. Multi - Family Dwelling Customers shall have the option of <br /> 730 voluntarily subscribing to Organic Materials or Plant Materials Collection services <br /> 731 and shall pay Contractor for such service in accordance with Agency- approved <br /> 732 Rates. Contractor shall Collect Source Separated Organic Materials or Plant <br /> 733 Materials from Multi - Family Residential Complexes that have subscribed to Organic <br /> 734 Materials or Plant Materials Collection service as frequently as scheduled by <br /> 735 Customer, but not less than once per week. Contractor shall provide each <br /> 736 Customer with a choice of Carts or Bins as specified in Attachment D. Contractor <br /> 737 shall Collect Organic Materials and Plant Materials at the location agreed upon by <br /> 738 Contractor and Customer. The designated Collection location, if disputed by <br /> 739 Customer or Contractor, shall be determined by the Agency. <br /> 740 C. Commercial Premises. Commercial Customers shall have the option of voluntarily <br /> 741 subscribing to Organic Materials or Plant Materials Collection services and shall pay <br /> 742 Contractor for such service in accordance with Agency- approved Rates. Contractor <br /> 743 shall provide Organic Materials or Plant Materials Collection service to any and all <br /> 744 Customers requesting service. Contractor shall Collect Organic Materials or Plant <br /> 745 Materials from Commercial Premises that have subscribed to Organic Materials or <br /> 746 Plant Materials Collection service as frequently as scheduled by Customer, but not <br /> 747 less than once per week. <br /> 748 Contractor shall allow Commercial Customers to select a Collection service method <br /> 749 that best suits the needs of its Premises. Specifically, the Contractor shall offer to <br /> 750 Commercial Organic Materials or Plant Materials Customers the Containers and <br /> 751 service choices that are similar to that offered for Commercial Solid Waste <br /> 752 Collection pursuant to Section 5.02.C. <br /> 753 D. Agency Facilities. Agency Facilities shall have the option of voluntarily subscribing <br /> 754 to Organic Materials or Plant Materials Collection services. <br /> 755 Contractor shall provide Organic Materials or Plant Materials Collection service to <br /> 756 Agency Facilities requesting service. Contractor shall Collect Organic Materials or <br /> 757 Plant Materials from Agency Facilities that have subscribed to Organic Materials or <br /> 758 Plant Materials Collection service as frequently as scheduled by Agency, but not <br /> 759 less than once per week. <br /> 760 Contractor shall allow Agency to select a Collection service method that best suits <br /> 761 the needs of its Facilities.
