In addition, Contractor representatives will be on hand to distribute <br /> 1032 recycling guides and other educational material promoting waste reduction and <br /> 1033 recycling. Contractor is required to deliver to Agency thirty (30) cubic yards of compost <br /> 1034 annually in one (1) or two (2) deliveries at no additional cost. Agency shall provide <br /> 1035 Contractor ten (10) Business Days notice to deliver additional compost to Agency and <br /> 1036 Contractor shall be entitled to increase Contractor's Compensation for the Rate Year <br /> 1037 that the compost is delivered to Agency based on the costs specified in Attachment Q. <br /> 1038 5.12 FEE FOR SERVICE ON -CALL BULKY ITEM COLLECTION <br /> 1039 In addition to collections provided under Section 5.05 and Section 5.06, Contractor shall <br /> 1040 Collect Bulky Items from Single - Family, Multi- Family, and Commercial Customers and <br /> 1041 Agency Facilities and shall charge Customers the Rate established by Agency, which <br /> 1042 will cover the cost of service. The cost of service in 2011 is specified in Attachment Q. <br /> 1043 Contractor will schedule fee for service On -Call Bulky Item Collection service on the <br /> 1044 Customer's regularly scheduled Collection Day or a Business Day scheduled by <br /> 1045 Contractor, no more than ten (10) Business Days after Customer's request. The fee for <br /> 1046 service On -Call Bulky Item Collection Service shall be limited to Collection of Bulky <br /> 1047 Items, Major Appliances, and E- Scrap. <br /> 1048 When a Commercial Customer calls to request and schedule the collection of Bulky <br /> 1049 Items, Contractor shall ask the caller to describe the items to be collected, and will <br /> 1050 provide the caller with an estimate of the cost to provide the service, based on Rates <br /> 1051 established by Agency. <br /> 1052 If Contractor determines that the volume of the described items can be accommodated <br /> 1053 in a single load on a flatbed boom truck equipped with a hydraulic -lift tailgate, Contractor <br /> 1054 shall instruct the caller to set out the items for pickup on the next regular Solid Waste <br /> 1055 Collection Day at a location where Solid Waste Collection occurs for the Customer, or at <br /> 1056 an alternative nearby location that avoids interference with regular Solid Waste, <br /> 1057 Recyclable Materials, or Organic Materials Collection service. <br /> 1058 If Contractor determines the volume of the described items cannot be accommodated in <br /> 1059 a single load on a flatbed boom truck, Contractor shall schedule a site visit and meet <br /> 1060 with the Customer within five (5) Business Days to: (1) develop a plan for the most <br /> 1061 effective mode and location for Collection service, and (2) schedule the Collection <br /> 1062 service event. <br /> 1063 5.13 COMMUNITY DROP -OFF EVENTS <br /> 1064 Upon request by Agency, Contractor shall hold drop -off events at a location selected by <br /> 1065 the Agency to allow Residential Customers to drop off acceptable materials. Acceptable <br /> 1066 materials, which shall be determined by the Agency, may include one or more of the <br /> 1067 following: E- Scrap, Universal Waste, Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and <br /> 1068 Solid Waste. <br /> 1069 A. General Requirements.
