• • <br /> 1368 1. Frequency. Agency shall Bill Accounts classified by Agency as Residential bi- <br /> 1369 monthly in amounts equal to the Customer's subscribed Rate for all services <br /> 1370 provided in a two (2) month period in arrears. Agency shall Bill Accounts <br /> 1371 classified by Agency as Commercial monthly in amounts equal to the <br /> 1372 Customer's subscribed Rate for all services provided in a one (1) month period <br /> 1373 in arrears. <br /> 1374 2. Bill Format. Agency shall have the right to revise the Billing format (e.g., size, <br /> 1375 font, frequency, etc.) and to itemize certain charges. <br /> 1376 3. Records. Contractor shall be allowed to access Agency Billing systems on an <br /> 1377 appointment basis and such review shall not be unreasonably withheld by <br /> 1378 Agency. Agency shall maintain copies of said Billings and receipts, in <br /> 1379 chronological order, for a period of three (3) years after the date of service. <br /> 1380 Agency may, at its option, maintain those records in computer form, on <br /> 1381 microfiche, or in any other manner, provided that the records can be preserved <br /> 1382 and retrieve for inspection and verification in a timely manner. <br /> 1383 4. Rates. Agency shall establish, by resolution, Rates for the types of service <br /> 1384 provided as described in Section 11.07. <br /> 1385 5. Service Stops. Contractor shall allow Customers to suspend service and <br /> 1386 Billings when the Premises are unoccupied. Single - Family Residential <br /> 1387 Customers may suspend service for a minimum of one (1) Service Day on a <br /> 1388 maximum of three (3) occasions each Rate Year. Commercial Customers may <br /> 1389 suspend service for a minimum of two (2) Service Days on a maximum of six <br /> 1390 (6) occasions each Rate Year. Multi - Family Customers may not suspend <br /> 1391 service without prior written approval from Agency. The Billings for both <br /> 1392 Residential and Commercial Customers shall be prorated in accordance with <br /> 1393 Customer's requests to suspend service. In order to enable Agency to bill <br /> 1394 properly for service stops, Contractor shall employ best efforts to accommodate <br /> 1395 Agency's request to provide data regarding service stops on a monthly basis, if <br /> 1396 not more frequently. <br /> 1397 6. Unscheduled Services. In order to enable Agency to bill properly for <br /> 1398 unscheduled services, Contractor shall employ best efforts to accommodate <br /> 1399 Agency's request to provide data regarding unscheduled services on a monthly <br /> 1400 basis, if not more frequently. <br /> 1401 B. Delinquent Payment. Agency shall address the issue of delinquent payment as <br /> 1402 specified in Attachment H, which consists of City of Redwood City Resolution 14840 <br /> 1403 dated February 2008, pertaining to Delinquent Utility Service Charge Schedule for <br /> 1404 the City of Redwood City, or as the same is subsequently amended. <br /> 1405 C. Revenue Collection. Agency shall remit to Contractor revenues received, not less <br /> 1406 frequently than monthly. Revenues collected on behalf of the Agency or SBWMA <br /> 1407 shall be handled as described in Article 11 of this Agreement. <br /> 1408 D. Review of Billings. Contractor shall assist Agency in its review of Billings to <br /> 1409 Customers, issued pursuant to Section 7.01.A. The purpose of the review is to <br /> 1410 determine that the amount which Agency is Billing each Customer is correct in <br /> 1411 terms of the level of service (i.e., frequency of Collection, size of Container, location <br /> 1412 of Container) being provided to such Customer by Contractor.
