Facilities, equipment and personnel used. <br /> 2965 5. Facilities and equipment operations, maintenance and repair. <br /> 2966 6. Tonnage of Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, Universal Waste, and <br /> 2967 Organic Materials listed separately by materials type and Service Sector and <br /> 2968 the facility where materials were delivered (e.g., Designated Transfer and <br /> 2969 Processing Facility). <br /> 2970 7. Monthly Overall Diversion Level, monthly SFD Diversion Level, and the monthly <br /> 2971 Commercial Diversion Level (each stated as a percentage) and calculated in <br /> 2972 accordance with Attachment I. <br /> 2973 8. Targeted Recyclable Materials, Used Motor Oil and Used Motor Oil Filters, <br /> 2974 Household Batteries, Cell Phones and Organic Materials Collection <br /> 2975 participation and set -out rates. <br /> 2976 9. Tonnage of materials Collected from On -Call Bulky Item Collection services <br /> 2977 described in sections 5.05, 5.06 and 5.12, community collection events as <br /> 2978 described in sections 5.13 and 5.14, and abandoned waste clean -up events <br /> 2979 described in section 5.09, reported separately by material type Collected and <br /> 2980 listing destination where materials were delivered (e.g., Goodwill Industries, <br /> 2981 Designated Transfer and Processing Facility, etc.). <br /> 2982 10. Tonnage of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials <br /> 2983 Collected from Venues and Events as described in Section 5.08 reported <br /> 2984 separately by material type Collected and reported separately for each Venue <br /> 2985 and Event as the total Tonnage of each material type for each Venue or Event <br /> 2986 monthly. <br /> 2987 11. Volume of Used Motor Oil and number of Used Motor Oil Filters Collected by <br /> 2988 Contractor reported separately for each facility where materials were delivered. <br /> 2989 C. Other Programs Records <br /> 2990 Records for other programs shall be tailored to specific needs.
