Percentage of Customers subscribing to Targeted Recyclable Materials <br /> 3204 Collection service (listed separately for Multi- Family, Commercial, and Drop <br /> 3205 Box Customers), which shall be equal to the total number of Targeted <br /> 3206 Recyclable Materials Customers divided by the total number of Solid Waste <br /> 3207 Customers. <br /> 3208 4. Percentage of Customers subscribing to Organic Materials Collection service <br /> 3209 (listed separately for Multi - Family, Commercial, and Drop Box Customers), <br /> 3210 which shall be equal to the total number of Organic Materials Customers <br /> 3211 divided by the total number of Solid Waste Customers. <br /> 3212 I. On -Site Customer Assessments and Visual Audits. Contractor shall report the <br /> 3213 number of and results of the site assessments conducted for Multi - Family and <br /> 3214 Commercial Customers, which are required by Article 7. <br /> 3215 J. Summary Assessment. Highlight significant accomplishments and problems. <br /> 3216 Identify recommendations and /or plans to improve services. <br /> 3217 K. Public Education Plan. The quarterly report submitted in October of each year <br /> 3218 shall include the public education plan for the coming year pursuant to Section 7.03 <br /> 3219 of this Agreement. <br /> 3220 L. Hazardous Waste Records. A summary or copy of the Hazardous Waste records <br /> 3221 required under Section 8.07.D. <br /> 3222 M. Operational Data. Contractor shall provide GPS reports as requested by Agency <br /> 3223 or SBWMA. In addition, Contractor shall submit a summary of Collection route <br /> 3224 operational data including: average number of Customers and Containers serviced <br /> 3225 per route per Day for each Collection route; average number of actual both on -route <br /> 3226 and off -route hours per Day by route (distinguishing between normal and hard -to- <br /> 3227 serve routes, if appropriate); and, one - hundred (100) largest generators based on <br /> 3228 weekly Solid Waste volumes (listed in descending order) within Agency for both <br /> 3229 Commercial and Multi - Family Customers. This reporting shall include, at a <br /> 3230 minimum: the name of the Customer; the name of the business; the address of the <br /> 3231 business; the type(s) of service received (e.g. Collection of Solid Waste, Single - <br /> 3232 Stream Targeted Recyclable Materials, Plant Materials, Food Scraps, Organic <br /> 3233 Materials, Source Separated cardboard, Source Separated paper, etc.); the volume <br /> 3234 of service received weekly measured in cubic yards; the frequency of service <br /> 3235 received measured in number of Collections per week; the diversion volume <br /> 3236 measured as total service level volume divided by Targeted Recyclables Materials <br /> 3237 and /or Organic Materials Collection volume; and, the change in service level from <br /> 3238 the prior quarter. <br /> 3239 N. Commercial Recycling Promotion Program Status Report. Contractor must <br /> 3240 prepare and submit, both quarterly and annually, to Agency and SBWMA, a <br /> 3241 Commercial Recycling Program Status Report. The Commercial Recycling Program <br /> 3242 Status Report shall include, but not be limited to: <br /> 3243 1.
