A description and status of meeting the goals and objectives for the <br /> 3249 Commercial Recycling Promotion team and how these goals and objectives are <br /> 3250 tied to the compensation incentive plan. (Contractor must explain how the <br /> 3251 stated goals and objectives will be accomplished if no compensation incentive <br /> 3252 plan is used.) <br /> 3253 4. A description of Contractor's sales strategy for maintaining and /or expanding <br /> 3254 the existing Commercial Recycling account base and diversion levels. <br /> 3255 5. A description of the services provided to the Commercial and Agency Facility <br /> 3256 sectors. <br /> 3257 6. A detailed accounting of diversion statistics for the Commercial and Agency <br /> 3258 Facility sectors. <br /> 3259 O. Other Information. Other information or reports that Agency may reasonably <br /> 3260 request or require be added to quarterly reporting. These requests may include, but <br /> 3261 shall not be limited to, information regarding On -Call Collection programs, Used <br /> 3262 Motor Oil and Used Motor Oil Filter Collection, and large Events and Venues <br /> 3263 Collection. <br /> 3264 P. Determination and Payment of Performance Incentives and Disincentives. In <br /> 3265 accordance with the requirements of Section 11.07, Contractor shall provide with its <br /> 3266 quarterly report, a report that identifies compliance with the performance standards <br /> 3267 listed in Attachment 1 and includes calculation of the Performance Incentive <br /> 3268 payments and disincentive assessments due. Performance incentives (in the form <br /> 3269 of increased compensation to Contractor) will be awarded by Agency for excellent <br /> 3270 performance on aspects of Solid Waste diversion, Collection service delivery and <br /> 3271 customer service as specified in Attachment I. Performance disincentives will be <br /> 3272 assessed by Agency for substandard performance on aspects of Solid Waste <br /> 3273 diversion, Targeted Recyclable Materials contamination, Organic Materials <br /> 3274 contamination, Plant Materials contamination, Collection service delivery and <br /> 3275 customer service specified in Attachment I. <br /> 3276 Contractor's payment of performance disincentives related to Contamination are to <br /> 3277 be included with submittal of Contractor's quarterly report to the SBWMA. All other <br /> 3278 performance incentives and disincentives payments are to be included in <br /> 3279 Contractor's annual Rate Application and Contractor's Compensation for the next <br /> 3280 Rate Year will be increased or decreased by the net amount of performance <br /> 3281 incentive payments and disincentive assessments calculated in the Application. <br /> 3282 Performance incentives and disincentives for Overall Diversion Level, Minimum <br /> 3283 Single - Family Diversion Level, Minimum Commercial Diversion Level, <br /> 3284 Contamination, Average Speed of Answer and Ninety (90) Second Maximum Hold <br /> 3285 Time shall be calculated in aggregate for the SBWMA Service Area and Agency's <br /> 3286 share shall be proportional based on the tons of Solid Waste Collected by <br /> 3287 Contractor for Rate Year One (2011) by Previous Contractor.
