EXHIBIT TN Redwood City, CA — IBIS Enterprise Energy Management System Scope of Work: Integrated Building Solutions will provide the following as part of the IBIS Enterprise Energy Management System project: IBIS Enterprise Energy Management System The IBIS Enterprise Energy Management System project will provide the Software, Hardware, Labor and services required to successfully meet the following project scope: • 4 Buildings (Police Department, Redwood Shores Library, MSC, Fire Station #9) located in Redwood City, CA shall be monitored by the IBIS Enterprise Energy Management System • Software: o IBS will deliver a modular web - enabled solution (IBIS) that shall provide the following but not limited to: • Utility Meter Monitoring • The Utility Metering Module extracts and displays real -time metering data for Electricity and Gas. • Energy Distribution • The Energy Distribution Screen provides a real -time view of your site energy distribution. This enables staff to identify the major energy consumers within a building or site. The granularity of this breakdown is dependent on the available • sub metering. • Building Performance • The Building Performance Module predicts building performance based on a historical sampling of days with similar weather and alerts sub standard operation. • Sustainability Reporting Dashboard • With two main dashboards, the Building Comparison and Building Detail dashboards, the module provides critical performance measures for a building, campus, or enterprise and various benchmarking features. • User - Configurable Alarming & Notifications • Mobile Device, Email Notiflcations ■ Trending of any data point monitored by the IBIS • Unlimited Trending stored in a scalable & robust database. • Advanced Energy & Sustainability Reports that are automated and user configurable in .PDF or Excel format • The Reporting Module provides performance reports normalized for square _ footage, occupancy and various other relevant metrics. • Create ad -hoc sustainability reports with drag and drop functionality and PDF Generation • IBS will add the 4 buildings to the existing IBIS server that shall collect trends and serve real -time data to any IBIS Authorized User connected to the Redwood City LAN. • For a list of optional IBIS modules, email fruizt@lbs- cal.com to request a copy of our product catalog.
