In the case of an owner of real property, the determination <br /> as to whether an item of property is personal or real shall depend upon <br /> how it is identified in the acquisition appraisals and the closing or <br /> settlement statement with respect to the real property acquisitions, <br /> provided that no item of property which is compensable under State <br /> and local law to the owner of real property in the real property <br /> acquisition may be treated as tangible personal property in computing <br /> relocation pa!~,~ents. <br /> <br />4.20 Purchase: For the purposes of Sections 23 and 24, "purchase" of a <br /> dwelling includes: <br /> <br /> 4.201 Acquires, or constructs a dwelling; <br /> 4.202 Purchases a rehabilitated dwelling, or purchases a substandard <br /> <br /> dwelling and rehabilitates it to standard condition. <br /> <br /> 4.203 Enters into a contract for construction of a dwelling to be <br /> constructed on a site to be provided by a builder or developer <br /> or on a site which the displaced person owns or acquires for <br /> that purpose. <br /> <br /> 4.204 Leases a condominium for a 99-year perle4, or for a term which <br /> exceeds the life expectancy of the displaced person as determined <br /> from the most recent life tables in Vital Statistics of the <br /> Unite4 States, as published by the Public Health Service of <br /> the Department of Health Service of the Department of Health, <br /> Education and Welfare. <br /> <br />4.21 Mobile Home: 'Mobile home" means a vehicle, other than a motor <br /> <br /> vehicle, designed or used for human habitation, for carrying persons <br /> <br /> ~-~ property on its own structure, and for being drawn by a motor vehicle. <br /> <br /> <br />
