· 27.4 The Agency members shall review the claim and at its discretion conduct <br /> a hearing after giving prior written notice to the complainant. Last Resort Housing <br /> <br /> If comparable replacement dwellings are not available as required, a d the <br /> Agency determines that such housing cannot otherwise be made available, <br /> The Agency may expend funds and take such actions as necessary to provide, <br /> rehabilitate, or construct last resort housing pursuant to an approved pla~ <br /> for last resort housing. <br /> <br /> 29. Severability <br /> If any provision of these Rules or the application thereof is held invalid, <br />--~ such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the <br /> Rules which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, <br /> and to this end the provisions of the Rules are severable. <br /> <br /> <br />
