The Agency shall ensure that the info-'-mation of the identity <br /> of eligible persons is provided in a manner designed to avoid such <br /> disclosure. This obligation .to avoid improper disclosure shall not <br /> affect any right the eligible person, or his authorized designee, may <br /> have to inspect such documents. <br /> <br /> 26.3 The Agency shall provide appropriate means, including public meetings <br /> for all persons, groups and committees, to communicate any comments <br /> or objections regarding the relocation plans and shall endeavor to <br /> establish means for making any appropriate response to such comments <br /> or objections. <br /> <br />27. Grievance Procedures <br /> <br /> 27.1 Any person aggrieved by a determination as to eligibility, the amount <br /> of payment, the failure of the Agency to provide comparable permanent <br /> or adequate temporary replacement housing, may have his grievance <br /> reviewed by the Executive Director of the Agency or his designee <br /> (other than the person making the initial decision). Within six months <br /> after displacement, any person desiring a review of a determination <br /> shall submit his grievance, together withany information he believes <br /> relevant, in wTiting, to the Project Director of the Agency_ and request <br /> such reivew. <br /> <br /> 27.2 Any person dissatisfied with the reivew of his grievance by the Project <br /> Director of the Agency may, within thirty days after receiving the <br /> decision, file a complaint in writing with the Relocation Appeals Board <br /> Of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 27.3 The Relocation Appeals Board shall hold a hearing on the matter and <br /> transmit its findings and recommendation to the Agency Board members. <br /> <br /> <br />
