24.4 The business concern has received all assistance and payments to <br /> <br /> which it is entitled and has been successfully relocated or has ceased <br /> operations; or, <br /> <br /> 2415 A person potentially displaced from his dwelling or business refuses <br /> reasonable offers of assistance, payments and comparable replacement <br /> <br />..... housing. <br /> <br /> 25. Eviction <br /> <br /> Eviction shall be undertaken only for one or more of the following reasons= <br /> <br /> 25.1 Failure to pay rent, except in those cases where the failure to pay <br /> iS legally excused; <br /> 25.2 Performance of a dangerous or illegal act in the unit; <br /> 25.3 Material breach of the rental agreement and failure to correct breach <br /> <br /> after notice; <br /> <br /> 25.4 Maintenance of a nuisance and failure to abate within a reasonable time <br /> following notice~ <br /> <br /> 25.5 Refusal to accept one of a reasonable number of offers of replacement <br /> dwellings; <br /> 25.6 The eviction is required by state or local law and cannot be prevented <br /> <br /> by reasonable efforts on the part of the public entity; <br /> <br /> 25.7 Failure to vacate in accordance with an agreement with the public entity; <br /> or, <br /> <br /> 25.8 Failure to obey a court order authorizing the public entity to take <br /> possession. <br /> <br /> 26. Citizen Partici~ation <br /> <br /> 26.1 All persons who will be displaced and neighborhood groups are encouraged <br /> to participate fully and meaningfully in reviewing any relocation plans <br /> and monitoring any relocation assistance programs. <br /> <br /> 26.2 The Agency shall permit timely access to all appropriate documents <br /> relevnnt to the relocation program, provided ~hat the Agency' may <br /> <br /> <br />
