21. Certificate of Eli~ibility <br /> Upon request by a displaced homeowner or'tenant who has not yet purchased <br /> and occupied a replacement dwelling, but who is otherwise eligible for a <br /> <br /> replacement housing payment, the Agency shall certify to any interested <br /> party, financial institution, or lending agency, that the ~isplaced home- <br /> owner or tenant will be eligible for the payment of a specific sum if he <br /> purchases and occupies a dwelling within the time limits prescribed. <br /> 22. Mobile Homes <br /> 22.1 For purposes of these rulee, a mobile home is a dwelling, and a person <br /> displaced from a mobile home must satisfy the same eligibility require- <br /> ments and will be provided the same assistance, assurance and payments <br /> as a per,on displaced from a conventional dwelling. <br /> 22.2 Moving Expenses. If a mobile home is moved to another site, the dis- <br /> placed person shall be compensated for such reasonable moving expenses. <br />-- 23. Dis~lacement <br /> 'The Agency shall prepare, implement, and update relocation plane and if <br /> found necessary, plan housing of last r~sort when required by applicable <br /> laws. <br /> 24. Termination of Relocation Assistance <br /> The Agency's relocation obligations cease under any of the following circum- <br /> stances: <br /> <br /> 24.1 A displaced person moves to a comparable replacement dwelling and receives <br /> <br /> all assistance and payments to which he is entitled; or, <br /> <br /> 24.2 The displa~ed person moves to sub-standard housing, refuses reasonable <br /> offers of additional assistance in moving to a decent, safe and sanitary <br /> replacement dwelling and receives all payments to which he. is entitled; <br /> or, <br /> <br /> 24.3All reasonable efforts to trace a relocatee have failed; or, <br /> <br /> <br />
