19.41 Owners. A displaced owner who elects ~ rent rather than purchase <br /> <br /> a replacement dwelling and who meets the eligibility conditions <br /> specified in subsection 19.2 is eligible for the payment specified <br /> in paragraph 19.11, in lieu of all other relocation payments <br /> other than actual moving expenses. <br /> <br /> 19.42 Dependents. A dependent who is residing separate and ~part from <br /> the person or family providing support, whether such separate ~e- <br /> sidence is permanent or temporary, shall be entitled to payment <br /> under this section, but such payment shall be limited to the <br /> period during which the displaced dependent resides in the re- <br /> placement dwelling. At the time the displaced dependent vacates <br /> the dwelling no further payment under this section shall be made <br /> to such person. For the purposes of this paragraph a "dependent" <br /> shall be a person who derives fifty-one percent or more of his <br /> income in the form of gifts' from any private person or any academic <br /> scholarship or stipend. Full-time students shall be presumed to <br /> be dependents but may rebut this presumption by demonstrating that <br /> fifty percent or more of their income is derived from sources <br /> other than gifts from another private person or academic scholar- <br /> ships or stipends. <br /> <br /> Dependents residing with the family of which they are a part <br /> shall not be entitled to any payment except as a part of the <br /> f~m{ly. <br /> <br />20. Proration of Payments <br /> <br /> For the purpose of calculating relocat/on benefits hereunder, two or more <br /> individuals (whether they are members of one family or not) living together <br /> in, and displaced from a dwelling shall be regarded as one person. <br /> <br /> <br />
