4.24 Solely for the purpose of Section 7262 of the Government Code <br /> <br /> for assisting in the purchase, sale, resale, manufacture, <br /> processing or marketing of products, commodities, personal <br /> property, or services by the erection and maintenance of an <br /> outdoor advertising display, whether or not such display is <br /> located on the premises on which any of the above activities <br /> are conducted. <br /> <br />4.3 Comparable Replacement Dwelling: For the purposes Of rendering re-- <br /> location assistance by making referrals for replacement housing and <br /> for computation of the replacement housing payment, a comparable re- <br /> placement dwelling is one which is decent, safe, and sanitary and~ <br /> <br /> 4.31 Functionally equivalent and substa~tially the same as the <br /> acquired dwelling, but not excluding newly constr~cted <br /> housing. <br /> 4.32 Adequate in size to meet the needs of the displaced family or <br /> <br /> individual. However, at the option of the displaced person, <br /> a replacement dwelling may exceed his needs when the replace- <br /> ment dwelling has the same number of rooms or the approximate <br /> equivalent square footage as the dwelling from which he was <br /> displaced. <br /> <br /> 4.33 Open to all persons regardless of race, color, religion, source <br /> of income, sex, ~arital status or national origin, consistent <br /> with the requirements of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and <br /> Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968. <br /> <br /> 4.34 Located in an area not generally less desirable than the one <br /> ~n which ~he acquired awelling is located, with respect to: <br /> 1. Neighborhood conditions, including but not limited to <br /> municipal services and other environmenta~ factors. <br /> <br /> <br />
