Public and commercial facilities. <br /> 4.35 Reasonably accessible to the displaced person's place of <br /> <br /> employment or potential place of employment. , <br /> <br /> 4.36 Within the financial means of the displaced family or individual. <br /> 4.37 Available on the market to the displaced person. <br />4.4 '~Condominium": "Condominium" means a combination of co-ownership <br /> <br /> and ownership in severalty. It is an arrangement under which a family <br /> or individual in a housing development holds full title to a one-family <br /> dwelling unit, including an undivided interest in such common areas <br /> and facilities, as may be designated. <br /> <br />4.5 Conventional Loan: "Conventional Loan" means a mortgage or trust <br /> deed come, only given by banks and savings and loan associations to <br /> secure advances on, or the unpaid purchase price of real property, <br /> payment of which is not insured by an agency of the State or Federal <br /> governments. <br /> <br />4.6 Displaced Person: Any person who moves from real property, or who <br /> moves his personal property from real property, either as a result <br /> of the acquisition of such real property, in whole or in part, by <br /> ~he Agency or by any person having an agreement with or acting on <br /> behalf of the Agency, or as the result of a written order from the <br /> Agency to vacate the real property, for public use. <br /> This definition shall be construed so that persons displaced as a <br /> result of Agency action receive relocation benefits in cases where <br /> they are displaced as a result of an owner participation agreement <br /> or an acquisition carried out by a private person for or in connection <br /> with a public use where the Agency is otherwise empowered to acquire <br /> the property to carry out the public use. <br /> <br /> <br />
