Bid and Construction Phases — Optional Services <br /> The consultant agrees to provide the following services to the City on an on -call basis. The City will <br /> perform inspection services during the construction phase. Verde Design and design team will be <br /> available to: <br /> 1. Respond to questions and issue addenda during the bidding process. <br /> 2. Attend bid opening and assist in the bid evaluation. <br /> 3. Review submittals and shop drawings <br /> 4. Respond to questions, request for information and provide clarifications. <br /> 5. Coordinate As -Built plans and we will provide a cad set of plans reflecting the final as -built <br /> condition. <br /> 6. Construction meetings, site observations and punch list preparation - four site visits / meetings <br /> are included. <br /> PRODUCTS <br /> Verde Design will provide the following products as outlined in the above Scope of Services: <br /> A. Design Development <br /> 1. Meeting agenda and minutes <br /> 2. 50% Package — two sets <br /> B. Construction Documentation <br /> 1. 95% package — two sets <br /> 2. Bid submittal package — one set of signed bond drawings and one hard copy of project <br /> specifications and costs. An electronic copy will be provided in Autocad or PDF format. <br /> 3. Meeting agenda and minutes. <br /> C. Construction Services (Optional Services): provide documentation for RFI responses, submittal review, <br /> field directives and site observation reports. <br /> PROJECT TIMELINE <br /> Verde Design proposes the following general timeline for design: <br /> Design Development: Six Weeks <br /> Construction Documentation: <br /> 95% Submittal: Four Weeks <br /> Back Check / Bid Submittal: Two Weeks <br /> Note: the above timelines does not include any required review time by agency or City staff. <br /> CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> In order to complete the items described in Scope of Services above, we request that City provide the following <br /> information: <br /> Project and Site Information <br /> 1. Any pertinent data including any utilities installed within the project area. <br /> 2. Any specific City or PG &E requests for design and maintenance criteria. <br /> 3.
