The <br /> plans show overall site design including: <br /> a. Cover Sheet <br /> b. Existing Conditions Survey <br /> c. SWPPP Plans <br /> d. Demolition Plans <br /> e. Grading Plans <br /> g. Layout Plans — Plan will be preliminary at this level. <br /> h. Material, Irrigation, Planting and Detail Reference Plans <br /> Construction Details <br /> Wall Improvement Plans and Profile — Optional Service <br /> 3. The draft technical specifications show representative specifications for the project. <br /> Specifications will be provided in CSI format (15 division) and include division one and <br /> below. <br /> 4. The submittal book supplements the plans and specifications showing: <br /> a. Progress Report <br /> b. Questions and Comments <br /> c. Statement of Probable Construction Costs <br /> 5. Redline and review, Internal Quality Control (QC). <br /> 6. Submittal Preparation and coordination of two sets of, Plans, Specifications, and <br /> submittal booklet will be provided for review. <br /> 7. A review meeting with City to review plans and receive comments. Review of this <br /> submittal is critical prior to proceeding to the Construction Document Phase. <br /> 8. Project Administration <br /> 11. Construction Document Phase <br /> The following outlines the work to be completed to prepare plans and specifications for bidding and <br /> construction. <br /> A. Following completion of the 60% submittal and the review meeting, necessary corrections will <br /> be made to the plans and specifications. Then preparation of the 95% submittal package will <br /> begin. <br /> B. 95% Submittal Package <br /> 1. Review submittal comments and incorporate them into the 95% submittal. <br /> 2. Modify base plan as required to incorporate comments. <br /> 3. Develop a set of drawings and details equivalent to 95% construction drawings. <br /> 4. Complete technical specifications and we will review front end provisions to be setup <br /> by City. We will setup bid form based on lump sum bid and include a schedule of <br /> values. <br /> 5. Statement of probable construction costs. <br /> 6. Submittal preparation and coordination of two sets. <br /> 7. These plan package will be used to submit to the various agencies for review. <br /> 7. Redline and review (QC). <br /> 8. Review meeting with the City. <br /> 9. Project administration <br /> C. Bid Submittal <br /> 1. Coordinate agency comments with the City staff and update the PS &E package for <br /> bidding. <br /> 2. Provide City with one set of reproducible Plans and Specifications, and one final <br /> Statement of Probable Construction Costs. An electronic copy will be provided in PDF <br /> format. <br /> 3.
