6.3A <br /> Page 18 <br /> 1 standards contained in Attachment 2-G), as well as any other performance <br /> 2 representations made by the equipment manufacturer to the Authority in the contract <br /> 3 referenced in Section 4.02. <br /> 4 4.05 DELAY IN ACCEPTANCE <br /> 5 If the acceptance test is not completed within 20 days after the end of the shakedown <br /> 6 period, Contractor will be responsible for additional costs which may be incurred by <br /> 7 Authority in arranging for Recyclable Materials to be transported to and processed at a <br /> 8 different location, as well as for decreased revenue from sales of Recyclable Materials. <br /> 9 The Contractor is responsible to pay the Authority only for those added transportation <br /> 10 and processing costs and reduced commodity revenues arising from management and <br /> 11 supervisory failures, failure to operate the system according to the manufacturer's <br /> 12 operating protocol, or the inefficiency of the Contractor's sorters and equipment <br /> 13 operators which may cause the acceptance test period to extend beyond 20 days. <br /> I <br /> Operating Agreement for Shoreway Center <br /> Page - 9 - 7/30/09 <br />
