Dissemination plan, <br /> and when these activities will take place <br /> Redwood City 2020 and JGC will ensure that the evaluation findings of this <br /> program will be widely disseminated in a targeted way with all interested parties <br /> including funders, colleague organizations, community leaders and practitioners in the <br /> field. All of the reports listed above will be available on its website, and the data <br /> presentations will provide an opportunity for individuals to hear and ask questions about <br /> the findings of the evaluation. The table below summarizes these activities and provides <br /> an estimated timeframe for each. How !earnings will be applied to strengthen the program, the organization and <br /> the field <br /> Youth, parents and program providers will have an opportunity to provide <br /> feedback on the program. A summary of this feedback and recommended program <br /> modifications will be shared with internal staff for future program design and <br /> implementation. Additionally, as mentioned in question #1 b, all of the data collection <br /> tools will be provided to the program providers for future use. The evaluator will also <br /> train staff on how to modify and administer the on -line surveys for future use. <br /> Furthermore, the strategies for addressing barriers to reaching the target <br /> population in Redwood City that will come out of this project will be useful for not only <br /> Redwood City 2020, but for other organizations serving the same or similar <br /> communities. <br /> Lastly, program providers and community leaders will be asked to reflect on best <br /> practices and lessons learned during the interviews at the end of the grant period as <br /> 'Cit of Redwood City - 2009 Evaluation Grant Page 14 of 17 January 22, 2009 <br />
