Given the substantial public interest in this <br /> project. it is possible additional DJP &A time and/or involvement by one or more of the technical <br /> subconsultants may be required to respond to comments. In that event, any required additional work <br /> would be completed on a time and materials basis in accordance with the attached charge rate <br /> schedule upon written authorization from the City. <br /> II. MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> DJP &A will prepare a draft Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for the <br /> project, consistent with the level of project information detail available. The MMRP will <br /> summarize the mitigation measures identified for all significant impacts, the responsible <br /> implementation agency, the monitoring phase, and the enforcement or monitoring agency. A <br /> Draft MMRP will be provided to the City for review and comment with the Final EIR. <br /> III. ASSISTANCE WITH PREPARATION OF FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> DJP &A will prepare a draft of the Resolution of Findings, excluding the statement of overriding <br /> considerations (if necessary), which will be submitted to City staff for their use and <br /> consideration. <br /> IV. MEETINGS AND COORDINATION <br /> This scope of work includes DJP &A attendance at six to eight meetings with staff and a <br /> minimum of four public hearings. The cost for these meetings includes travel time and <br /> preparation time. Attendance at additional meetings or public hearings would be on a time and <br /> materials basis in accordance with the attached charge rate schedule. <br /> 7 <br />
