V. BUDGET <br /> The cost for preparation of the EIR is estimated not to exceed a maximum of $108,928. All costs <br /> will be charged on a time and materials basis, commensurate with work completed, in accordance <br /> with the attached fee schedule, If DJP &A does not need all the time that has been budgeted, we will <br /> only bill for the time actually spent completing the work. Payment will be due on a monthly basis. <br /> A breakdown of the EIR cost estimate by task is provided below, Please note this proposal is valid <br /> for ninety (90) days. <br /> This scope assumes DJP &A will also prepare for City review /approval and file all required CEQA <br /> documents, such as the Notice of Preparation, Notice of Completion, Notice of Availability, and <br /> Notice of Determination, and is responsible for distribution of all written materials related to the EIR. <br /> Staff will provide input on EIR related mailing lists.
