The attached <br /> resolution would also delegate authority to the City Manager or designee to execute <br /> future routine settlement agreements under the 2009 Agreement. <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> The Suburban Representatives may elect to reinvestigate the Suburban Revenue <br /> Requirement.
