See Table 1 for a breakdown af budget by task. The City is continuing to pursue a customer retrofit plan that aims to reach its delivery goafs by first targeting commercial and industrial users and then serving eligible residential irrigation customers (Homeowner Associations). With the completion of Group Bid 4, the City has completed retrofit of most eligible commercial sites and the City continues to support non- irrigation users with retrofits. Common areas of three HOAs have been retrofit as part of Group Bid 3. HOA's in the Redwood Shores area continue to indicate strong interest in receiving recycled water and the City has determined that the K/J contract should be extended and the scope of services should be expanded to continue to provide customer site retrofit services in support of serving residential sites. Discussion The expanded scope of the Customer Site Retrofit & Program Support Services project is based on including residential site retrofit as follows: • Retrofit Desiqn: Include the site retrofit design for 15 Homeowners associations in the Redwood Shores aea. These sites are assumed to have a total of 24 meters for retrofit. The specific sites are indicated on Table 2. • Construction Manaaement Services: Assume that construction of the site retrofits is performed under one group bid and within 150 days of construction. • Continaencv: A small contingency is added for additional meetings, project management, and/or support services. Additional Scope of Services At the City's request, the original K/J scope of seroices is amended as follows: Task 1 — Project Management Expand soope to extend project management through the end of the site retrofit effort, including attendance of ineetings and preparing monthly invoices.
