4. Operating Grants. Costs funded from the proceeds of grants were previously <br /> included in the determination of Water Enterprise Operating and Maintenance expenses for FY <br /> 2007 -08. In order to credit Suburban Purchasers for their share of these grants, the Balancing <br /> Account amount due from the Suburban Purchasers has been reduced by $821,191 as shown <br /> in Attachment E. This amount plus the $76,486 calculated in section 3 equal the $897,677 <br /> shown in Note 2 to the Compliance Auditor's report on the Statement of Changes to the <br /> Balancing Account as of June 30, 2009 issued in August 2010. <br /> 5. Previous Other Adjustments Already Reflected in Credits to Balancing Account <br /> Made After FY 2007 -08 Compliance Audit . The SFPUC previously credited adjustments to <br /> the FY 2007 -08 Balancing Account for additional disputed costs of $342,304, as shown on <br /> Attachment E and shown in Note 2 to the Compliance Auditor's report on the Statement of <br /> Changes to the Balancing Account as of June 30, 2009 issued in August 2010. <br /> 6. Misclassification of Hetch Hetchv Long Range Planning Expenses. <br /> Expenditures during FY 2007 -08 under a long range planning cost category were incorrectly <br /> classified as joint rather than as power-only. In order to correct this error, the Suburban <br /> Revenue Requirement for FY 2007 -08 will be reduced by $550,484 as shown in Attachment F <br /> and included in Note 2 to the Compliance Auditor's report on Changes to the Balancing <br /> Account as of June 30, 2009, issued in August 2010. <br /> 7. Additional Adjustments not vet Reflected in Credits for FY 2007 -08 Shown in <br /> Compliance Auditor's Report on FY 2008 -09. The parties agree to the following additional <br /> adjustments to the Suburban Revenue Requirement based on the calculations shown in • <br /> Attachment G. <br /> A. Legal fees associated with.SCADA lawsuit: The SFPUC's attorneys' fees were <br /> reclassified from a split of City only and Joint O&M to Administrative and General <br /> for an adjustment of $52,341. <br /> B.
