cover all of Contractor's operations both at and away from the project site. Such insurance which shall include as an additional insured for all purposes the San Mateo County Transportation Authority, the CITY, and their directors, officers, employees and agents while acting in such capacity, and each of their successors or assignees, as they now, or as they may hereafter be constituted, singly, jointly or severally (collectively, "Additional Insured "). iii. Business Automobile Liability Insurance. Business Automobile Liability insurance providing bodily injury and property damage coverage for all owned, non - owned, hired and rented automobiles, with a combined single limit of at least $1 million per occurrence. Such policy of insurance shall name the Contractor and the Additional Insured as beneficiaries thereunder for all purposes. iv. Professional Liability Insurance. A professional liability policy covering errors and omissions and the resulting damages including, but not limited to, economic loss to the TA and having minimum limits of liability of $1 million per claim or occurrence and annual aggregate. The policy shall include coverage for all services and work performed under this Agreement. SECTION 5: Miscellaneous 5.1 Notices. All notices required or permitted to be given under this Agreement, excluding progress reports, the final report, and invoices, shall be in writing and mailed postage prepaid by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, or by personal delivery or overnight courier to the appropriate address indicated below or at such other place(s) that either party may designate in written notice to the other. Notices shall be deemed received upon delivery if personally served, one (1) day after mailing if delivered via overnight courier, or two (2) days after the mailing date if mailed as provided above.
