Powers & Associates, Inc. prepared an Environmental <br /> PROFESSIONAL Impact Report (EIR) for the Flea Market General Plan Amendment and <br /> ORGANIZATIONS Rezoning project. The project included the future development of up to <br /> 368,322 square feet of industrial and/or commercial uses and up to 2,818 <br /> Association of Environmental dwelling units on the approximately 120 -acre site. The site is the current <br /> Professionals location of the San Jose Flea Market and the planned future location of <br /> the Berryessa Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Station. Significant <br /> issues discussed in the EIR include Iand use, traffic, noise, biology, air <br /> quality, hazardous materials, and cultural resource impacts. Mr. <br /> Danielsen served as the principal lead agency staff for this EIR. <br />
