The project <br /> Toronto, June 2008 sought to revise the original development plan to allow Single Family <br /> Detached (SFD) residential dwelling units within an area where SFD <br /> residential development was originally prohibited, and construction of a <br /> PROFESSIONAL gasoline service station where vehicle related uses where originally <br /> ORGANIZATION prohibited in close proximity to planned housing. The primary <br /> environmental issues discussed in the addendum include hazardous <br /> Association of Environmental materials (toxic air contaminates) and land use compatibility. <br /> Professionals <br /> Donner Lofts Rezoning & Site Development Addendum — Ms. Cottle <br /> assisted in preparing an addendum to the City of San Jose Downtown <br /> Specific Plan EIR. The project sought to demolish a residential structure <br /> and construct a seven story, 141,020 square foot mixed -use building. <br /> The building would have ground floor retail and residential units, with <br /> additional studio and one - bedroom residential units above. The project <br /> proposed a total of 156 total dwelling units, with 90 percent of them <br /> being affordable housing. The primary environmental issues discussed <br /> in the Addendum include cultural resources and transportation. <br />
