- 5/12/03 <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The amounts which are hereby reduced are as set forth in Exhibit <br />A, attached hereto and fully incorporated by this reference. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The foregoing reduction, for the purposes hereinabove specified <br />are effective for the fiscal year July 1, 2002 - June 30, 2003, and shall be in addition to <br />all other sums appropriated, transferred, or canceled for such purposes during such <br />fiscal year. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
