Any call outs <br /> 4- Quarterly Night Surveys of street lights in non - residential, commercial <br /> areas, mixed use areas, and other arterials in the City. All damaged street <br /> lights discovered during the Night Surveys will be logged by the Contractor <br /> and scheduled for repair. Contractor will notify City of Night Survey results. <br /> TASK 3 — UNDERGROUND SERVICE ALERT (USA) <br /> 1- All labor, tools, equipment, materials necessary to properly perform <br /> Underground Service Alert (USA) in the City. Materials not included to <br /> perform USA should be highlighted. <br /> 2- All USA should be scheduled as Regular Service (normal business hours: <br /> Monday- Friday, 7am -4pm). <br /> 3- If required, USA will be performed as part of Emergency Service (after normal <br /> business hours, weekends, and holidays). <br /> TASK 4 — EXTRA WORK <br /> 1- Contractor shall provide Emergency Service after normal business hours <br /> (Monday- Friday, 7am -4pm) as required to fix traffic signals, street lights, or <br /> other electrical problem that requires immediate assistance. <br /> 2- Contractor shall maintain and repair Other Lighting Equipment (all of the <br /> lighted crosswalks, flashing beacons, speed signs, safety lighting, perimeter <br /> lighting, parking lot lighting, or other lighting equipment on any building, land, <br /> or property owned by the City). <br /> a. All labor, tools, equipment, materials necessary to properly maintain <br /> the Other Lighting Equipment owned by the City. Materials not <br /> included in proposed maintenance cost should be highlighted. <br /> b. Regular Service (normal business hours: Monday- Friday, 7am -4pm) <br /> 1. Any service requests <br /> 2. Any call outs <br /> 3- Contractor shall designate representatives who will be available to other City <br /> departments for consultation upon request. <br /> a. All consultations will be billed at the Contractor's straight time labor <br /> rate. Labor rates for all staff should be provided in Chapter 8 <br /> (Proposal Cost) of the submitted Proposal. <br /> 4- Contractor shall install new equipment as required. New equipment brought <br /> into service will be included in the contract at the proposed unit prices as <br /> specified in Chapter 6 — Proposal Cost of the submitted Proposal.
