On an annual (every 12 months) basis, Contractor will perform the Monthly or <br /> Quarterly PM, Semi - Annual PM, Annual PM, and complete repairs as <br /> necessary. Listed below is the Annual PM inspection list. <br /> 1. Inspect Utility Electrical Service Cabinet and hardware supplying <br /> power to Signal Controller Cabinet. <br /> 2. Vacuum and clean Signal Controller Cabinet, Electrical Service <br /> Cabinet, and BBS Cabinet (if applicable). <br /> 3. Take voltage measurements at service inputs to Signal Controller <br /> Cabinet from Utility Service Feed. <br /> 4. Take voltage measurements at BBS inputs from Utility Service <br /> Feed (if applicable). <br /> 5. Take voltage measurements at service inputs to Signal Controller <br /> Cabinet from BBS (if applicable). <br /> 6. Check for water accumulation and duct sealant as necessary. <br /> 7. Replace Signal Cabinet Filter if nylon -mesh type. <br /> 8. Vacuum and clean Signal Cabinet Filter if aluminum -mesh type. <br /> 9. Inspect hinges and locking mechanisms on all Signal Associated <br /> Cabinets and lubricate as necessary. <br /> 10. Record Date and Time along with findings and work performed. <br /> 3- Other Maintenance <br /> a. In addition to PM inspections and repair, Contractor will respond to other <br /> maintenance service requests such as but not limited to traffic signal <br /> outages, traffic signal malfunctions, and requests to replace burnt out <br /> signal lamps. <br /> b. Contractor will make every effort to incorporate other maintenance <br /> service requests into PM inspection and repair. <br /> c. Other Maintenance is considered Extra Work and will be billed at the <br /> negotiated Time and Materials Rate. <br /> 4- Emergency Response <br /> a. Any service requests <br /> b. Any call outs <br /> c. Preventative Maintenance (Monthly /Quarterly, Semi - Annual, Annual) <br /> 5- Signal Turn -off and Signal on Flash <br /> a. Contractor shall immediately notify the City's Police Department and <br /> designated City contact of any Signal Turn -off or Signal on Flash <br /> necessitated by their operations in excess of fifteen (15) minutes. <br /> TASK 2 — STREET LIGHT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR <br /> 1- All labor, tools, equipment, materials necessary to properly maintain the <br /> Street Lights owned by the City. <br /> 2- Regular Service (normal business hours: Monday- Friday, 7am -4pm) <br /> per light <br /> a.
