Containers may be placed curbside or street side so as to be <br /> readily accessible for removing and emptying by the refuse <br /> collector only between twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on the day <br /> preceding the scheduled collection and twelve o'clock (12 :00) <br /> noon on the day immediately following the collection of refuse. <br /> SECTION 3. Sections 14.25 of the Municipal Code of the City of Redwood City <br /> are amended, by adding the text shown in bold italics (example) and deleting the <br /> text shown in strikeout (example), as follows: <br /> Sec. 14.25. TIME OF COLLECTIONS: <br /> The time of collections of refuse in residential areas shall be between the <br /> hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M., exclusive of <br /> Holidays in the-residential areas <br /> . The time of collections of refuse in <br /> Commercial areas shall be between the hours of three o'clock (3:00) <br /> A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M. on weekdays and on weekends <br /> between 6:00 a.m. and 5 :00 p.m. exclusive of Holidays. <br /> SECTION 4. Sections 14.7 and 14.8 of the Redwood City Municipal Code are <br /> hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 5.
